Pirical was launched in 2015. Our past experiences range from corporate careers in McKinsey, Bloomberg, and Goldman Sachs to recent graduates of leading UK universities and European business schools.

Our founders
Jason Ku
CEO
Jason was a manager with McKinsey & Co. serving clients across the US, Europe and Australia on various management topics, including organisational issues in acquiring, developing and retaining top talent.
While at McKinsey, Jason championed the firm’s recruiting efforts in the Australian offices. In addition, Jason has hands-on managerial experience in industry with Bloomberg LP. In this role, Jason also co-led the recruitment efforts in London.
Jason has an MBA from INSEAD, and undergraduate honour degrees in Computer Science, Economics and Mathematics.
Hok-Him Poon
CTO
Hok-Him has over 10 years of experience as a tech lead and software developer at Bloomberg and Goldman Sachs. He holds an MA in Computer Science from Cambridge University.
An avid rock-climber, nature-lover and geek at heart, he is drawn to all sorts of mental and physical challenges.
Hok-Him is a strong believer in social responsibility and the key role that technology plays to achieve it.
