The most searched practice areas of 2023

  1. Corporate (18%)
  2. Real Estate (12%)
  3. Banking & Finance (12%)
  4. Litigation (7%)
  5. Employment (5%)


Comparing the UK & USA

Corporate made up a much larger portion of US searches than it did in the United Kingdom, accounting for 1/4 of all US searches. Real Estate searches in the UK were double that of equivalent searches in the United States. While Banking & Finance, Litigation and Employment formed very similar shares of searches in both countries. Intellectual Property was a much more popular search term in the US.
